Policies and Procedures

Shipments
  • Accurite typically ships all orders within one working day after receipt of the order. We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed.
  • We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
  • Call or e-mail Accurite Customer Service immediately to cancel an order. Accurite is not responsible for cancellations once an order has been placed and shipped. Orders that have already shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee on their return assuming they are new and unopened, in addition to the original shipping costs. Refer to the Return Policy.
  • Payment of duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We are available by telephone during these hours for you to place an order or to check on the status of an order already placed. We can also help you with any other customer service issues or provide technical support.

Return Policy

  • All return requests must have an RMA number listed on the outside of the shipping carton. Returns sent in without an RMA number will be refused. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number at (408) 395-7100 or e-mail to customerservice@accurite.com. The procedure is the same whether you are returning a product for warranty service, refund, or exchange. When calling to request an RMA number, please be sure to have the following information available:
    • Customer Name
    • Order number
    • Invoice number
    • Item serial number(s) - if applicable
    • Nature of the problem
  • Customers must contact Accurite with a return request within 14 days of the invoice date. Those returns authorized with an RMA number must be received by Accurite within 30 days of invoice date, if the customer requests a refund or exchange.
  • Orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee - unopened items only (Opened software and alignment disks are not returnable).
  • Item(s) being returned for refund or exchange must be returned in original packaging and in original condition, with no items missing from the package, along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • Accurite will not refund any original shipping charges associated with returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to Accurite and is also responsible for loss or damages to the products during shipping.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you send merchandise back insured via UPS, USPS Insured Mail, or via another insured shipping method providing shipment tracking numbers.
  • Products missing items contained in the original package, or showing wear, abuse, alteration or breakage, whether accidental or intentional, cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange even if within the 14 day period.

Remember that the RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box.
  • Allow 7-10 days after delivery of your return to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

International Orders

All international orders must be accompanied by a fax copy of the credit card and signature. Our fax number is 1 (408) 395-7119.

Accurite uses UPS, Airborne, DHL, and Federal Express for International shipments. Shipping charges vary for each country. After you place your order, Accurite Customer Service will determine the shipping charge and then email you the order total, including shipping and handling.

Payment of duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
